2 Wednesday classes (19th, 26th) 12 -1 mountain time
on ZOOM or IN-person (in Santa Fe)
$20 drop in
($45 for all 3 Friday classes // $75 for all 5 classes)

These classes are about awareness, movement, the nervous system, and learning to engage with our processes of moving, healing, growing, developing through life. The official name for these classes is Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement .

Brief description of each class:
Oct 20- Creates spinal support and a powerful pelvis; back-lying; explores movement around the hip joints, pelvis, spine and head and the relationship between them
Oct 27- Buttocks! the glutes are strong, large muscles and in this (very fun!) lesson we learn how we engage them to improve our everyday movement; sitting on floor and back-lying
Nov 3- Explores movements of the ribs in side-lying; awareness of the the connection between pelvis and head through the spine
Nov 10- Decompressing the face; increases awareness of the facial muscles/jaw/tongue; back-lying but you can sit or side-lie if that's more comfortable
